If you lived next door to a gorgeous, angelic-tempered, quiet-as-a-mouse, playful, black lab puppy who was allowed to run in the street and had tons of fleas and barked terribly every night, how far would you go?

When it comes to animals...I say do what ya gotta do!

well you could call animal rescue and tell them a dog is being treated
badly next door. they'll come and check the situation out and possibly
even take the animal away from those screwed up people.

or, you could fcuz kidnap the dog. but where would you hide it since
the previous owners would be your neighbours
