Calling the Org Fashion-police...

I'm having a winter jacket made. To give you an idea of the colour and texture, click on this link (warning: NSFW):

Mine will be waist-length, zippered and hooded. What I'm trying to figure-out is:

a) Whether the zipper should be "hidden" (it will be black, as well) or more exposed.

b) How long the sleeves should be.

While we're on the fashion tip, I also have to replace the snap on a pair of leather pants. They are low-waisted with a big skull-and-crossbones in studding on the front of both of the lower-legs. What do you think, kids? Should the snap be silver or black?

And, finally: I have a pair of black pants with studding up the outside seams that are the hit of my wardrobe. I'm thinking of doing similar studding on a pair of jeans I have. A little too Lenny-Kravitz? Whaddya think, Orgies?

Hide the zipper - it will give the jacket a more streamlined and sleeker look and allow for any other adornment you might want to put on it if UR thinking of doing that.
Long sleeve - this will amke it classic. Sleeveless jackets always remind me of lumber jacks.
Silver Snap - for UR leather pants (I love leather pants - soo sexy). black leather and silver is a hot combination.
Stud the jeans - Who cares if someone thinks it's too Lenny Kravitz. Your wanting to do your own design on the pants shows U have creativity and UR own style. Always cool - fahion is fleeting, style is eternal.

There will be no further adornment.

No, not sleeveless - just trying to decide whether they should go to the wrist or longer.

I still say hide the zipper (the techinical term is hidden placket) and let the sleeves fall to the tip of your palms. That way, when you move your arms around, it won't ride up your arm that much.

i think the jacket should have buttons on it, black ones of course oh yeah and make the sleeves long but not to long, like mid palm length

silver for the pants

and no studs on jeans

a) Dont have a Zip, put it on like a sweater.

b) The sleeves should be long enough to cover your arms.

C) The snap should be silver

d) I think you should stud everything, including your thong.

E) There isn't a question E is there?

No zipper, that kinda coat should have buttons if anything for closure.

b) How long the sleeves should be.
Full length if you plan on adding the buttons. You can get away with 3/4 length if it'll hang open

Either/or. Hld up a snap and see which you like better. If all of the stitching is black and/or hidden a black snap may be better, if you can see stitching on the seems or there are other silver buttonss/tabs on the jeans then silver.

I've got some studded jeans myself. Go for it. Just don't wear them all the time. Change it up once in a while and you're fine carrying off 2 different pairs of studded pants.

Thank you everyone for your input. After taking everything into careful consideration, I've decided that I will join a nudist colony.
