Bloody Disorganised Bosses!!! I work freelance.. but have been working on a long term contract.
Last week my boss told me I could work at home.. fine cos I had things to do back home. On Friday afternoon she told me to work at home the following week.. bummer cos I had my travel ticket and hotel booked to go back to London. I changed them.. and she said come back to work on Thursday and Friday. Just now.. Tuesday afternoon she says she does not need me in the office at all this week, so I now have an appointment in London on Weds (which will last all of 30 mins I expect.. but will take me 7 hours to travel down to..) then Thursday and Friday I have no work.. which means I dont get paid.. 
So my travels down to London will just have to take me back home Wednesday evening now. I wish ppl could be more organised and not keep changing plans at the last minute. Now I have to cancel my hotel room for a second time! Just wanted to vent!  Thank you!
Do you have bosses like this???

It's one thing after another with her isn't it!?
I love my boss Kaz though, she's great and a fan of Prince too to some degree which is a bonus.
By the way Red, I'm down in London in a couple of weeks or so. Fancy meeting up for some pintage like the ol' days!?  | |
