Luckily my mum tipped me off when she called me, and I went down to Safeway and got my man a bunch of tulips, a sappy card and some Lindt chocolates (I was going there for milk).
I was so happy I had a chance to make it special, even if it was already 9pm. I came home and knocked at the door and when he answered he was moved to tears. I can't believe it's been 6 years already. He said at dinner he had been about to say "I couldn't ask for a better wife" but the phone rang. We don't get many special moments together any more (as parents of 3 under 4), so we have to make the most of them when they do happen.

Black. It was such a gorgeous dress the whole wedding ended up that way because I had to get married in this dress! My husband said why don't we just do a role reversal and it was just perfect. It was the funniest day, everyone just loved it.
