I woke up with it this morning and have already taken the two Zomig tablets I can for the day...I've had caffine and stayed in the dark all day. It just won't go away!

Any suggestions?

applekisses, i get them a lot, i had my head down the toilet the other night, eye sight was blured and i felt like someone was stomping inside my head. All i can tell you what i do when one kicks in. I normaly double up on the tablets and have a glass of water by my bedside and stay there until it has gone away. I wish i could find a cure for migraines , now you go lay down and rest i hope it goes away soon.

listen at u, u have a migraine and u still on here caring about folk , get your head down and try some relaxation exercises.

Yeah, get some pure essential lavender oil and put on the pressure points..like on your temples That tends to ease any tension, and the smell is comforting too
