It's so obvious to me that Melanie has very low self-esteem. She has been dabbling in plastic surgery for years and it's finally catching up with her. I actually met her once about 6 years ago. She has tons and tons of freckles and her skin isn't anything like it is in her photos. Every picture we see of her makes her skin looks flawless, but believe me, it's not. But, that's not unusual. I think if we saw 99% of celebrities without their make-up and air-brushing, we would see that very few of them have flawless skin. When they look at themselves in the privacy of their own homes, they see the real person and that's when they freak out and realize they're not nearly as perfect as their photos would lead us to believe, therefore they run to the nearest plastic surgeon for help. .

It always bothers me when tabloids run those "Stars Caught Without Their Makeup!" and "Fat Celebs!" type "articles". It can be pretty depressing that what the media says is ugly or fat is how most real people look. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

I think though, that the media do this to show us that when stars are stripped of the trappings of fame they look like regular people, like you and I. Also the media takes the view that a lot of stars are very pampered with huge egos, and they do it in order to show them that they are not beyond criticism. A lot of famous people surround themselves with people who pander to their every whim and the media criticism is a backlash against this.imo. I'm not saying it's right, but I do think that some criticism is healthy.

I think it might be for some people Rhonda, because as we get older our lips do get thinner and full lips make you look younger. Anyhow, it doesn't seem to be having that effect on her thinning lips, really?? Ok...Im unaware of this aging issue....i've never seen the thinning of lips with age thingy.

Yeah, I've read it a few times. It happens very gradually and over time. You start to lose the plumpness with age. Also I only found out recently that our eyeballs remain the same size from birth to adulthood, and that our faces grow around them, this is why babies appear to have huge eyes. I didn't know this.

She married Antonio Bandares that is what is wrong.. I guess because he was younger than she is, she watned to keep her "youthful" look.. She was soooo much more beautiful before all of this collagen and pulling... Now she just looks overdone and worn... It also makes her look old and tired!
