I'VE BEEN TO THE DENTIST AGAIN... ...and had the bad tooth pulled out  the worst part of it was the injection to numb the area (and half my damn face lol - think of me on a bloody switchboard trying to talk with cotton in my mouth and half a numb face  )

I'm doin alright, just havin a weird day it's just weird okay i'm a silly gal!!  I only have my presentation to go and just took up the hem of my pants which belong to a suit i'll be wearinz for the 20minute presentation at 2pm 2morowz!!   After dat, i go for training at work, but it's supposed to be very casual and there'z gonna be alcohol therez!!

I'm fine thanks...had a great weekend! went to see "The Lion King" with my brother and his girlfriend and her family on Saturday (it was absolutely amazing!! SO AWESOME!) and Sunday I went to a big backpacker expo here in the city which had heaps of info for my trip...it was massive! I patted a baby croc and a python!! | |

Ooh!! How was dat to pat a baby croc and a python!! How cool!!! yep it was the theatrical version...the "witchdoctor" character was played by an African woman who had the most UNBELIEVABLE voice!! it was breathtaking!! and the baby croc and python were at one of the exhibits at the backpacker expo...the expo's are huge and thousands of people go - it's HUGE!! the Melbourne one is either coming up very soon or has just happened, I think...I went to one in Melbourne in Feb last year | |

well, I've just been to the dentist and it is indeed a bad absys it's huge I saw it on the x-ray
My two options are ~ 1. at least $2000 for root canal therapy, a crown and 2 fillings...or 2. get the tooth taken out for $100 The thing about taking the tooth out is that later on down the line in years to come it will create more problems because the tooth next to it will move as it won't have anything to keep it there any longer - that will create problems will nerves etc...AND on top of that the tooth above the bad one which would normally bite down on it won't have anything to bite down on, creating nerve problems for that one too!! I've been told this is inevitable if I get the bad tooth taken out. aaaaah!! WHAT DO I DO? has anyone had a tooth taken out (and not the back ones either) and has it created any problems for you like that? is it a load of crap, basically, to get me to get the rooth canal therapy done?

I had mine removed instead of doing a root canal...actually the dentist recommended removal over root canal for my tooth. He did mention the possibility of shifting and that the tooth that's right above it will shift downward now since there's nothing for it to bump up against...or something..Hell, I dunno...lol...but I went for removal simply for $$$ reasons. They yanked that sucker out of me with pliers or whatever, was a weird experience..lol
