I GOTTA FUCKING MIGRAINE I took 2 xtra strength tylenol and my head is still banging. Any suggestions for a quick fix?
I hate migraines, they make me really bitchy.

I never had migraines before this most recent depression, but what I always do now is take a couple of aspirin (or stronger if you have them), turn the puter off (cos it's in my bedroom and I want no noise there), draw the blinds, pull the plug on all the phones, wet a washcloth with cold water, close the bedroom door and lie down on the bed. I realise this may not be possible since you have a family, but I'd try to sneak at least 30 mins of silence and darkness to help the painkillers to kick in.
