Dippity-Doo hair gell - The old stuff that used to come in a glass jar. It was turquoise and had a strong smell that takes me back to the 80's and spiked hair.

Roasting peppers / Frying peppers - As soon as I smell that I think summer. My parents used to have a huge garden, and we always had fresh vegetables, no frozen stuff. As soon as I get my own house, thats one of the first things I'm gonna do is start a garden.

Buckeyes and fall leaves - That smell when you break open a buckeye shell, not to mention the smell of decomposing fall leaves, always gets me excited because the fall is my favorite time of year.

Lilacs - We have tons of lilac bushes behind my parents house. In the summer, when I would have my bedroom windows open and was just taking a nap in the middle of the day, the wind would carry the smell of lilacs into my bedroom, and it would put me to sleep.

baking pizza - My gradeschool/church used to sell Brier Hill pizza on Fridays. In the winter during recess, we would stand by the vents coming from the cafeteria to warm up cuz it was f*cking cold outside. There were 4 giant vents blowing out hot air with the smell of fresh pizza baking in the ovens.

I know this sounds wrong, but dead skunk on a road trip is a good smell.

Let's see:
Love's Baby Soft perfume - reminds me of my first real kiss at 13
Brut & Canoe men's cologne - remins me of my father - he's now evolved and will no longer use it, though!
Aqua Net Hairspray - I'm instantly transported into my junior high school ugly duckling days - God, did I ever hate anything as bad. barf
Cheap baby dolls - the plastic smell of them reminds me of ChristmasPasta sauce - reminds me of my mother cooking our Italian dinners
Navy perfume - reminds me of when i was in college and partying in my 20's party
Dry ice - reminds me of a club that I used to go to that had a huge dragon over the dance floor that would periodically shoot smoke and fog out of hs mouth
Suntan lotion - I'm on the beach as soon as I smell it.

All the good stuff...

-Johnsons&Johnson's babyoil (i was obsessed with it, used to carry around an empty bottle everywhere i went, just to feel da curves of da bottle n sniff it!)
-Johnson&Johnson's No More Tears baby shampoo- they so totally lied though! Everytime i got the suds in my eyes, i went looney!
-Johnson's baby powder- ahhhhh giggle
-L'eau de Temps by Nina Ricci - my mum always wore this, and every Sunday before church would spray some on a pretty hanky and pin it to my dress...i loved it!! lol
-Vaseline- I was a strange child, but i also loved da smell of this stuff!!
-this red glycerine soap i one had in my hand when sittin in my special baby car seat when i was 3 giggle i never smelt dat smell again till i smelled "Cheap'n'Chic" by Moschino when i was 17...i became obsessed with dat perfume needless to say!!
-baby smell touched da smell of all my cousins as they kept comin! lol
-Avon's Little Blossom range- I used to have a solid perfume in a "watch" like packaging which i recall only wearing once to school when i was 5...and this girl named Sandy decided to dig her finger into it and scooped da whole lot out...it took me a few weeks to get over dat, i was so upset!! giggle
- Oui Non eau de toillette by Kookai- came out in 1994, was one of my sexiest scents as a teenager...and when i smell it now, it still evokes da same vibe..to bad they don't have dat one anymore..though i don't think i'd wear it, cause i'll just associate it with being 14 again! lol

All da crap smells...

Too many, and i don't wanna think of it!! I was and still am easily grossed out by gross smells...who isn't? omfg

The scent coming from my great aunt's house where I stayed on holiday every summer for the first ten years of my life ... I could still smell her when I hugged her for the very last time when she was age 99

Autumn / Fall ... rich, golden earthy chill in the air from my early schooldays

The summer scents of expectation and hope at dusk as a teenager thinking tonight I might find love

The dreadful smell of my first girlfriend's hairspray ... sickeningly intoxicating, blatant

The dull smell of loss whilst repeatedly clinging to belief in church dust

The stench of pretence ....

I need to wash.

Tabu, and Maja.. My mom wore Tabu, and washed her body with Maja soap.

Jergen's lotion, my big sister.

Honeysuckle flowers - remind me of a time in my childhood.. I loved to lay on the grass and look at the sky.. We had a huge Honeysuckle bush. I love the smell of Honeysuckle.

Roasting chili - Mom would buy it by the bushel and roast, and freeze it.

Tortillas - nothing the smell of fresh tortillas on the plancha. I couldn't wait to get one, and smear hot butter on it.... drool
