I've been gone from the site for about 6 months, and just recently re-opened my account. During those 6 months, I occasionally lurked and kept on top of basic Org happenins'. Since I've re-opened my account, I've been checking things out even more and I've just gotta tell ya:

I really think you've done an amazing job of moderating this site. You seem to easily be able to do what has been so difficult for others in the past, which is to maintain the integrity of the site while allowing members to express themselves. In addition, you've treated Orgers with respect and implemented your particularly wonderful sense of humor most effectively. Given all of this, you also post your opinions and thoughts as an Orger (not just a moderator)in a way that engenders thoughtful discourse (i.e., P&R Forum) with respect for opposing ideas and opinions.

And I have to agree. Anxiety along with Dansa are by far the best mods this site has ever seen. They have a way of becoming involved that makes you forget that they're moderators. They keep things fun and integrated and most importantly, open and fair. When I found out that Anx was nominated for a possible mod position, I was really pulling for him to get it. He has a calming effect when there's tension and has a way of diffusing awkward or difficult situations with his humor and intelligence. He's very approachable and easy to talk to and that makes him an asset to this site. And most of all, I feel lucky to call him a friend in real life. He's a great great guy!

You KNOW you've been missed by me, too. I think of you and Ian frequently; you stand head and shoulders above the crowd. We kept each other sane (or tried to!) here during some tough times, and I'll never forget that.

Seems Anx is too busy moderating to respond to his own coolness thread. That just shows you how cool he REALLY is! He's too busy doing org duties that he has no time to stop and realize how cool he is and how much everyone loves him. That makes him that much cooler!

I would like to take this opportunity to say that all kidding aside, Anxiety is one of the most Fair, honest and appropriate Mods anywhere. He adheres to a strict "moral" code of conduct and always behaves in a level headed upright fashion. I without doubt trust him implicitly to always do the right thing!
