I just bought the coolest framed Muppets poster and hung it in my living room. I also sport a mousepad with Kermit, Fuzzy, Gonzo, and Animal.

I used to LOOOOVE Fozzie Bear!!!! When i as lil, i thought he was so cute n adorable i could cry! I loved it when he giggled and his earz would do this wigglin thing and I also loved Snuffleupagus (sp) he just sounded soooo sadddd just wanted to hug him and i loved Big Bird too.
When i was 3, my family took my cousin and I to the Moomba parade here in Melbourne, and there was a float with BigBird...I went absolutely SPASTIC and thinkin people on tv could see me was like 'BIG BIRD! BIG BIRD! IT'S ME ...it's MISSY!!!' ...I ofcourse remember seein BigBird, but dont' recall yellin out like dat..though it doesn't surprise me.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I love the Muppets, but I really fear Disney will fuck them up.

I have Ernie and Bert ornaments looking over me, on my computer desk.

Sadly, Disney don't own the Sesame Street or Fraggle Rock characters - so there won't be any crossovers like there was in the old Muppet Films.

very cool. I have an Oscar the Grouch hand puppet that I got for my 3rd birthday. I've always been a Muppet lover. They were my first addiction.

Muppets to appear on U.S. stamps

WASHINGTON - A new series of U.S. stamps will be issued in 2005 featuring images of Kermit the Frog and the rest of the Muppet gang.

Kermit – who appeared on Sesame Street and The Muppet Show before graduating to a career in film – was the creation of Jim Henson, who passed away in 1990.
