I feel like that every so often and when I do I actually do hide away from everything. Even if it's just for a few hours. I usually turn off my phone and curl up in bed with either a book that'll make me cry or a favorite CD or if it's really bad I pull the covers over my head and just sleep for hours on end. Nothing wrong with taking a break from the world now and again.
