If they're predicting a good show for tomorrow I may head out to the country somewhere to see if they're brighter. | |

Guys, if you're up and read this in time, you can see them again right now. They're a lot different than the other night. More like shafts of light and what looks like fire flickering on the tips. They're not as bright and they don't have as much shape but there's more movement this time. There's a great view of the moon, Venus and Jupiter too. Lovely! | |

I saw them last nite again too GangstaFam. 
Lovely but, as you said...not as spectacular as the other nite.. Reminded me of "Ribbon's in the Sky" Any nite w/norther lites is a great nite..keep your eyes peeled  | |

This was the most extraordinary light show I've ever seen. I kept getting up (until 3:30 am) to watch them in the freezing cold. What a spiritual experience ~ very profound and humbling. It looked like shards of green stained glass poured across the sky with enigmatc swirls of color and space moving above them. Thank you so much for the pictures! | |

All the color too..and here Northern Michigan..across the bay..could see 'em clearly.. 
Stood out on the dock and watched for the longest time..seemed they lasted for a long time..  One of my favorite things to see in Northern Michigan...
How far North are you Pippet? I am about 1/3 of the way up the Thumb on the Lake Huron shore with Canada directly across. It is beautiful here, | |
