My daughter Is in Indiana at the Grand Nationals in Indianapolis....
She is in the top competition in the US. Right now she is pitted against schools from all the states. She called yesterday to say she beat out 100 colorgaurd groups for one of the 30 semi final rounds. Today I got a phone call from the Indiana RCA Dome to say she made one of the top 12 in the nation. Keep your fingers crossed! Tonight in 1 hour is the final competition. I could not be more proud of her. She has worked her butt off for this. She also maintains a mandatory 3.5 to stay involved! Gooooo team! | |

Ok the results are in! Her team has placed 12th in the Grand National championship. It was also their first entrance into the US competition! It was simply amazing for her to make the finals in the dome!
She is a freshman. We have 3 more years of this! | |

I used to live in downtown Indy and would drive by the RCA Dome frequently. It's also where my law degree was officially conferred upon me. Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |
