My great grandpa just couldn't leave her alone! My poor great-grandma had 15 kids in 18 years - with only one set of twins. Apparently when she wasn't pregnant people said she didn't look well. She lived long enough to get them all grown up and moved out of home, but only just.
My mind boggles at the thought.

My grandmother on my mother's side had 13 kids...not sure what the age span was, maybe 20 years...no twins, either.

Ah, that makes my head hurt thinking about it! βThe only love there is is the love we make.β π

The last few must've just slipped out with out her noticing, I reckon, like on The Meaning Of Life where the mum is washing the dishes and a baby falls out the bottom of her skirt and she calls over one of the older kids "can you get that, love"!

My grandma on my mom's side had 14 kids with no twins. Unfortunately, four of them passed away from travelling back and forth to Italy on a boat. They say it was the climate change. So, I never knew them. But, I have 10 aunts and uncles that I've known through various stages of my life
