hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard - that will take a "snapshop" of whatever is on your screen.

Then open a graphics program such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, and paste the image (you may have to create a new blank image first, and paste into it, depending on what program you are using).

Then shrink the picture down to a reasonable size (like 500-600px wide) and save it as a jpg.
