Got a call from my boss today He has recently moved to NY and wanted me to start a music center there. he's now searching for a place, and he told me he might have found one. 4,000 square feet 
So he says "I'm coming in January for a short visit, and when I go back to NY, I already want to take you with me."
I was thinking it might take a few months, until everything is in order, but January?
