Grievous is a general for the Seperatist, and is designed specifically to fight Jedi on the battle field. After the Clone War, there aren't many Jedi left to hunt down. Vader takes care of those not killed in the war, or by the Clones once Palpatine issues Directive 66.

It IS almost all filmed on soundstages, but that doesn't mean it's all bluescreen. They did build a lot of actual sets, but in this movie there was barely any location work as almost all the 'locations' seen in it don't exist anywhere in the real world. Most of the movie is filmed on large sets with bluescreens in the background (for putting in the view outside a window or in the distance etc. | |
