Remember when that A-hole broke into my house? WITH TRIAL UPDATE Back in April I had an unwelcome intruder break into my house at 3:00 a.m. Next week the D.A. is flying me back to Denver to testify against the p.o.s.
I've never been to court for anything other than a traffic incident. I've never had to testify. Crazy!!!! I'm kinda nervous, but the D.A.'s office has been very cool. You do get very nervous giving evidence but just remember to keep things simple with your answers and only answer the questions put to you. Oh, and always tell the truth (which I'm sure you will).
Just remember, you are helping to put the prick away.  When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading. | |

Have them explain to you what happens, the procedure, court, etc. At least to make you feel relaxed.
You will get through it, just give the SOB a swift kick in the arse.
