Beautiful goal Yolanda... although I truly believe unity happens behind the scenes free of political influence/society rules... evolved by (at times) "the majority rules" of power...

~Deep topic.

I truly feel torn to who should have political power over our country, it is a critical time indeed (reasons so diverse), yet we have been a highly privileged country (taking much for granted) to say the very least.

We had those standard old fashioned ones where the curtain dings when you close it. I was having a good time with that. It's always the silly small things that crack me up the very most.

Those old-school voting machines are actually pretty easy to use. Pull the big red handle to close the curtain, flip down the switches to choose your votes, and pull the handle the other way to lock in your votes and open the curtain. That's it.

Did anyone have those old fashioned deals? I wanna move there. pout lol

I had a pretty old-fashioned deal. Not surprising considering the area I was voting in, good old Schuylkill County, PA. lol
We got a big piece of paper with a few bubbles to fill in next to people's names. The independent party was crossed off and there was a sign that said we couldn't write Nader in, so I was kinda disappointed. There were huge black pencils taped to old pieces of twine, looked like it hadn't been changed since the 40's, kinda like the proud ladies running the place. Now that's old-fashioned. wink
I reject your reality and substitute my own. nutty
