aw shucks, thanks! i'm not quite ready for not ready for prime-time yet, but the second city classes won't hurt my chances. i'd love to eventually do some writing for a show like SNL or the daily show. nod

You're taking Second City classes? Cool! A friend of mine was an SC castmember for a bit. Based on your work here, I think any of those shows would greatly benefit from your talent. Incidentally, I met Jon Stewart a few years back and he was kind of a prick (but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and hope that he was just having a bad day).

i ran into jon stewart on the street once when i lived in nyc...and i mean i literally RAN into him - we smacked into each other walking down the street on avenue a of all places. the dude is TINY! i didn't think much of it because it was pre-daily show and he was still a schmuck with a show on MTV, but if the same thing were to happen now, i'd have to stop and pay my respects - i think the man is brilliant.
