I have been in a total old skool mood today. So lets hear it for the following, cause without them music would not be what it is today.

If music today is what it is because of them, then we should run them down with our cars.

Curtis Blow and Sugarhill Gang come to mind too-hell even Blondie for exposing rap to a wider, more mainstream audience.

I have a feeling this'll get moved to Music: Non Prince.

Hey, maybe its me. I consider myself a big Prince fan-but I've gotta draw the line somewhere. Just not as interested in anything other than the music with the man, you know?

Prince: Non is probably my favorite section besides this of course-really shows the musical education without the Fatal Attraction-esque obsession.
