i AM SO PISSED!!! Over the past 2 years or so I have been ordering stuff like CDs, DVDs, etc, from such online stores like HMV, Virgin, Amazon, CD WOW, etc. and everything was fine cos they all accepted my Debit Card, which was Solo, but my card expired at the end of last month, so my Bank, Halifax,in their infinite wisdom, sent me a new card but this time its now Visa Electron with this new Chip & Pin chip in it for these auto payment machines at grocery stores, etc. Well this is fine, but now the online stores I mentioned wont accept Visa Electron!!!!
So, virtually, my online purchasing days are over!!! 
The thing is the actual high(main) street stores of HMV, Virgin, Our Price and even Borders accepts my card, but not the online stores!! I havent a clue what 2 do!!! [Edited 10/28/04 8:20am] | |
