In honor of Halloween coming up, what are your favorite horror B-movies???

We've been watching a ton of them at my house lately and I never get tired of them.

Wasp Woman is an annual event with my family. It's so funny and so classic.

I just recently watched The House at the Edge of the Park. How fucked up is that!? OMG. It has some of the most disturbing scenes you'd ever want to see. And I've never cheered the death of a villain on more in my life. Great soundtrack too. biggrin

The Killer Shrews is maybe the most hilarious. It's got such bad acting and watching dogs run around in shrew costumes is priceless.

What are some of yours?

I've never seen this, but I'd like to. I can't find it to rent anywhere around here. Would it be worth it to order it online?

Halloween is not much of a thing in Holland, but horror B-movies...

I need to be educated. All I can come up with now is The Invasion Of The Body Snatchers, the old black and white one.

The DVD has a cool hidden feature too-the black and white version up to when the doors open-then it goes into color.

Very cool.

definitely worth it. nod

it's very funny. although having said that, the joke wore off quite quickly for a friend i was watching it with. only so many times you can find unbelievably poor production values, and the lamest script in history funny, according to him.

i laughed all the way through though. smile especially in the description of the weapon harnessing the power of the sun. i'm envious of you being able to watch it for the first time. thumbs up!

Yes, it is hilarious. Especially that guy who plays Bela Lugosi's role after BL died made the movie unforgettable. lol

Still I think it's one of the best movies of the era it was made, when you compare it to other 50's ufo-movies. smile

A movie I'm sure Wes Craven would like to forget he ever directed.
