I have been typing out a new post about stopping smoking, and in between this i have been working on other things.

I eventually finished my LENGTHY post, sent it and discovered that a time out had occured. I lost my post and had to log in again. is this the NORM? if so I think It stinks.

Yes, it is if time has been too lengthy. From now on, copy before you hit send... that way you can retrieve and paste after you have to re-log in.

I know, it sucks... and the time and energy it took... I feel you.

well it was a rather long post but to cut oit short. I have stopped smoking now for 10 months, now find it disgusting, and have helped a few others do the same. I dont have any kind of system really, but have told how easy it is if you think about the right way to do it. maybe i will send it again later.
