What can I say? I have been a bad boy. For months now money has been TOO tight to mention and I had to live on practically nothing...
But the last two months I have been good and saved some, even after spending fortunes on pet care.

And then today....I allowed myself a hundred euro's (=bucks) and went for a casual stroll through town....I fooled myself in thinking I was just there for a much deserved (and needed) haircut, but I had to wait an hour and a half....

So I took a stroll....

Hey, a comic store!
Hey, a clothes store!
Hey, a bookstore!

Guess what. I have two and a half euro's left.

But on the happy side; I have got the haircut, money for my cell phone and most importantly, a new wooly vest that looks like it is from the set of Star Trek TNG....hehehe

I am mightily delighted with having fed my materialistic streak...

you need to do that every once in a while for yourself though

Not so long ago I did just the same thing I went to Amsterdam and bought myself a new coat. And last week I did it again (new paycheck ) And I bought myself a new pair of boots (chocked by the price though! 100 bucks ) I feel so happy with my new job

Did you go for a beer? I always go for a beer on my own whenever I've been shopping. It's a ritual. I sit in a pub with my shopping bags, buy a couple of magazines and read them before I go home.

cool! i indulged myself today too! me and my partner treated ourselves today and had a really expensive lunch. we deserved it since we have been working really hard on this charidee project.
