For about five seconds, then they start to fight. nod
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Hey that's old news now. There needs to be SOME differences between partners, but you need to have a wide base of common interests and more importantly beliefs/values for a relationship to be a productive one, imho. I might be wrong, I've been wrong before rose

my sweetie and i have absolutely no favorite music in common, no favorite movies in common, and no favorite books or authors in common. yet the stuff he likes is stuff i find interesting and wanna know more about, and he says the same about the stuff i like. i don't think i'll ever be wild about the stuff he likes and i don't think he's ever gonna be a trusted member on the org lol, but i kinda like it that way.

I think that they have got to respect your choice of friends.

My friends aren't all clones of me and they can be hard-work at times but I love them all the same.

My last boyfriend didn't want to meet any of my friends. He met a couple under duress, but he could never understand why most of my friends were straight men. I grew up with them all - I'm not going to dump people because they don't fit within a preconceived lifestyle.

He'd only drink in gay bars and only wanted to watch TV shows with gay characters in and all he'd talk about was being gay and how the world was against us and it was all so fucking GAAAAAY!

I tried to hold his hand whilst walking through town once and he pulled it away because he didn't want any adverse attention. Yet... He went to the last Mardi Gras in Manchester, waving his stupid rainbow flags to display how "proud" he is of being gay. What a load of shite!!! It's more radical for a man to kiss a man whilst watching a football match than to parade about in your underwear once a year within the confines of some puffy pink ghetto.

It makes me so MAAAAAD!!!!
