I have noticed a lot of pointless, silly threads of late and we need to start cutting down on them. (For example the "Invasion Pics" threads, the "starkitty birthday thread," any thread that Lleena has ever started, etc etc...worthless, all of them.)

I'm sure if everyone was given the choice you would elect me to be the person to vet the threads, so without going through the waste of time of having elections, I have unilaterally decided to institute this as a new policy.

I'm sure the mods will be on board as well.

So, from now on, if you want to start a thread, you must orgnote me a 2 paragraph precis of your thread. Plus, you must include a rationale for the threads existence as well as an estimate of roughly how many responses/views your thread will receive. (This is for the records I will be keeping. If you consistently overestimate, this will factor into any future decisions I make.)

Now this process may be slow at first as we work the kinks out, but I'm sure if we all work together, we can be up to snuff in no time!
