For all the Anti-Smokers
I'm a smoker. While I know it's not the coolest thing in the world to do.. I get a little irritated when people act like I don't know what I'm doing. Not saying anyone in this thread is doing that.. but I just love sharing that video. It's from their show Bullshit. One of the best shows ever, IMO. To know that the EPA faked their data and told the world that second hand smoke kills is just hillarious. "Down by the riverbank in the old bayou.. I'm digging a grave into mud just for you."

I've heard that claim before, although I haven't done enough research to draw my own conclusions. Anyway, I'm not a scientist, but.... We know that tobacco is dangerous if you smoke it yourself. I haven't heard anyone argue otherwise recently. So why whould secondhand smoke not pose a health risk? Do the lungs of a smoker filter out the bad stuff before he/she exhales? And even if the answer is yes, what about the smoke that wafts directly off the cigarette into the air? I use to be indifferent back cigarettes but now.....I hate what they can do. | |
