I recently found it in stock at my local Jewel/Osco grocery store (which has a built-in pharmacy, naturally)...when I lived in NYC, I used to see it at Ricky's all the time. It's available, but you never know what stores are gonna carry it. I bet you'd be sure to find it at any health foods store.

ANyway, the stuff works like a charm - I started to get feverish and achy a couple of Fridays ago, then I took some Oscillococcinum over the weekend and I was all better by Sunday night. There's a reason it costs $14.00 a box.
