it's all a part of my new commitment to myself to always make the effort to look and feel my best. let's hope it works. You do that. I have been down and out all day... I think I had a slight case of the flu. I had chills all last night, I couldn't eat without feeling the need to... well you know.
I just got some potato cheese soup down... and I feel a bit of energy come back. Strange how food fuels our being.
By the way... I think our hair is our best asset that displays visually who we are. That's what I think anyways...

Here we get it too, about once every few years, lol Cold? Well... I suppose that is why it doesn't exist here in the valley of the  . Once in awhile we may get some snow on the Superstition Moutains and Four Peak area. It is visually seen from a distance, although it never lasts very long.
We can however drive a couple of hours outside of the city and get to higher elevated areas where snow exists quite heavy. | |
