i'm visiting my dad for the weekend and we're all going to a cider mill this afternoon to buy cider and other apple products.

I've done nothing today slept late, had sallad, played for a while on the computer, posted, and I'm on my way to the shower soon, before I got to work for 3 hours, where I'll be watching TV

Well... I just passed up a trip to Laughlin, NV this morning. I was suppose to meet the bus and a few people from work at 5:00 a.m. this morning. I set my clock for 3:30 a.m. and turned it off intentionally when it went off. I told myself... "I am not going anywhere, I have too much I need to accomplish", I would not have enjoyed my time... with all that is in my mind to do.

Last night I took my nephew to a large Haunted House establishment with 7 other friends. There were four large constructions you could venture through. Strange, although we started with the first one... and it was weak. The rest started to get exciting with anticipation, they really had some good maze work within them. The last house was a doozy, we all felt sick and faint from the long dark journey through... and the effects and scares they had throughout. I felt queasy at the end.

Oh, today... I plan on applying to as many jobs I can... that will suite my interests.

Truly I have not applied myself until now... so I am ready to jump in. I spent the last week revamping my resume to fit both education and the medical field. So... here I go. ~Smile. I am ready for change.

I slept in late too... I was so tired last night. I mean tired. I smelled like dirt, the area we went to was built on top of a dirt lot. When I got home... I just lied down, clothes and all... on the floor. I woke this morning at 7:00 a.m., took a shower... for I just couldn't take it. I went back to sleep after my shower... for another three hours.

in anycase, we just came back with the cider and while we were there we had homemade apple cranberry pie with homemade vanilla ice cream! i was in heaven!

Secondly, the good news... SHE'S JUST GONE!

i'm getting ready to head back to brooklyn. thank goodness i have tomorrow off. i plan on sleeping in, going out to breakfast, and getting my hair done. there's a $10 wash and dry special on mondays at the salon i go to. it's all a part of my new commitment to myself to always make the effort to look and feel my best. let's hope it works.
