FIRST OF ALL....you are not feeling sorry for yourself or being selfish.... you are over stressed and you do need time to yourself and that's not an option. If you don't things will get worse. Just because you are a man does NOT mean you are SUPERMAN so stop trying. I know we've never talked but I know just how you feel. And this feeling of being down is a signal that KEN NEEDS A BREAK. Take a day for you. Things will continue without you and there is always time to come back and finish what ever it is you are working on. And as far as your time not being your own MAKE TIME. IT'S NOT SELFISH, what is selfish is thinking you can do it all. Ask for help. It doesn't mean you are weak it makes you human. This probably won't help but just consider what I said. We all want you to be happy and so does your family  So if you need to vent let me know, I have a good ear (well 2 actually ) Peace and Love to you ken  | |

everyone is right... i get that you are busy, i get that you have commitments but a few minutes of doing something for you is not selfish. you have to take care of you or the other special people in your life will miss out on a happy ken!
