Here's an alternate photo from Thursday night, without the Prince masks. We had transferred it to my computer, but I had some technical difficulties with getting files uploaded.



We had a great time at the events. Although I've been to the area multiple times (e.g., events at Paisley Park), I hadn't spent much time in Minneapolis itself, and so it was neat to do things like visit First Avenue. I was also able to squeeze in some outside activities, such as seeing my brother and sister-in-law (who just moved to Minnesota, and had never met Melissa), and meeting for drinks with a college friend of mine (we're both members of Indiana University's Class of 1998) who now lives and works in the Twin Cities.

Spending time with fellow .orgers--most of whom I hadn't met before--was a lot of fun. Drop me an orgNote if you're ever in Seattle. And special thanks to the locals who organized everything and helped us get around!

the invasion is officially over. I just dropped Anxiety at the airport. I drove as slowly as I could there, but it didn't work. We still got to the airport and he had to go.

This was just a perfect weekend. We are all some GORGEOUS folks. I swear, we were the seXXXiest party MPLS has seen in a long time.

Thank you everyone for the great times and all the laughs. I swear, I go no longer than 5 minutes without some random quote poppingo into my head and I just start giggling.

I'll post more later. Right now I'm fried and can't really sort out my thoughts.
