My New Neighbors OK, so for almost a year, I've been living in relative peace because I had nobody in the apartment across from me. About a month ago, that all changed when a family of I don't know how many moved in. From what I can tell, it's a single mom with a gaggle of Bebe's kids. The way she talks to 'em is EVIL. Anywho, that's beside the point. On the very first day, they were running and screaming up and down my hallway like they were the only ones there. Since then, I have asked them (sometimes politely, sometimes not) to keep it down, but to no avail. The mother, as I stated before appears to be STRESSED THE FUCK OUT. But that doesn't mean I should be as well. I've asked my landlord to mention it, and I'm sure they have, but again, nothing. My question is this: what should I do? Should I keep asking them to keep it down? Should I slash the bitches tires (there are days so bad, I've thought about it). Should I keep complaing to the landlord? Should I move? Nah, fuck that, I was here first. Anywayz, I thought some of you evil geniuses could help out so, HELP!

Moderator | What else could you do? sorry I'm no help. In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

MUHAHAHAH!! I have an idea!! My grandpa suggested this once. Get some dog shit, put it in an envelope and stick it in their letterboxes! Watch their faces squirm with disgust!!
THEN, create a flyer. Title it "Are Your Kids Too Noisy?" ...then smaller font... 'call our helpline, we are here to help!' ...then get a number for your nearest garbage disposal, and put that in as the company's contact.

How aboout your other neighbors? Maybe if you all got together and complained. In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

Is there someone above your landlord? In other words, is the apartment complex owned by a larger company and not just an individual? If so, notify them instead.
My landlord has been pretty lax about getting things taken care of. A couple times, I called a little too early in the morning before she arrived at her office, so my call was tranfered to the main office, where I spoke with someone and explained the problem. Within minutes, I got a call from my landlord telling me the problem would be fixed asap, and it was taken care of that day. The corporate office even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.

Have you thought about using drugs or alcohol? When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

Lemme rephrase. I'm using them both right now, but I wouldn't approach Mommie Dearest like that.
