Do You Think The Days of Songs Teaching You a New Dance Are Over?

You know...

"The Twist" (Chubby Checker)

"Mashed Potatos" (?)

"The Bird" (The Time)

"The Macarena" (Los Del Rio)

"The Electric Slide" (?)

"Jump" (Kris Kross)

"The Humpty Dance" (Digital Underground)

"The Hokey Pokey" ( lol ) (?)

I can't think of any others right now... but, do you think there's even more dance-learning-type songs that have a chance?

Hmmm.... confuse

I have bad experiences with dances.....I did the Oak Tree and poked a kid in his eye.....I did the Wooden Leg and was accused of being too Fred Sanford like in my movements.....I did the Roger Rabbit and they told me maybe I should try the Bugs Bunny....I asked how did that dance go and they said you just go jump in that hole over there.... neutral
Some of you orgers are so deceptive.....using my styles like a contraceptive....

"The Humpty Dance" (Digital Underground)

woot! fro That song was my jam! music
First I limp to the side like my leg was broken
Shakin' and twitchin' kinda like I was smokin'
Crazy wack funky
People say ya look like M.C. Hammer on crack, Humpty
That's all right 'cause my body's in motion
It's supposed to look like a fit or a convulsion
Anyone can play this game
This is my dance, y'all, Humpty Hump's my name
No two people will do it the same
Ya got it down when ya appear to be in pain
Humpin', funkin', jumpin',
jig around, shakin' ya rump,
and when the dude a chump pump points a finger like a stump
tell him step off, I'm doin' the Hump.
