I've had a straight guy say this to me before and I didn't think it was weird at all. In fact, I took it as sign #987 of how comfortable he was with himself and his heterosexuality.

Of course, depending on who says this, I can see how it could be interpreted weirdly.

As for me, I've said to grils before that they'd be my type if I was straight. And trust me, I'm about as far from straight as you can get

ok...2 "straight" guys have said this to me. one ended up in a threesome with me AND sucked off one of my best friends (on two seperate occasions). the other flirted with me hardcore and, ha i pursued it, i think we would've ended up having sex. i never believe a guy is straight when he says things like that.

I find both women and men attractive in that I hardly think it necessary as a heterosexual man to deny the attractiveness of men. The fact that heterosexual women and gay men find men attractive may be a clue that they're not the most grotesque things in the world. I'm hardly going to say that good-looking men aren't good-looking just because I like to sleep with my wife. However, accepting that I think some men are good-looking I could never imagine saying that line to someone. The whole 'if I were gay' part is a telling thing.
