Do I believe in spirits?? Yes

I had an experience when my kids and I escaped hell. My 2 kids were sleeping and while I was in my older son's room I saw a dark figure come out of my daughters room. Even though I was pregnant I went into her room to see if she was okay, which she lay sleeping okay. But I tell you the hairs were going up my spine and the room felt cold, really eerie. I figured it is my dead Grandad that passed away when I was 13. He always told my mother (his daughter) that he would always look after her family.

i lived in a house that was built in the 1800s and had many people living in it during that period -- i walked into ghosts a couple times... and they'd dissipate -- doors would open and shut on their own (even tho the house was sloped inwards so that none of the doors would ever swing open unless someone purposely opened the door) -- doors would lock on their own -- a couple times the ghosts would kick us -- a couple times they'd brush by us -- windows would open on their own -- a doll flew across the room -- a man's voice yelled out when no one was there -- hmm... can't remember what else -- didn't happen often, but often enuff... and almost always it was nothing to be scared about (except for the voice that one time, the doll flying across the room, and the two times one kicked at us) -- i'd be more likely to call them ungodly spirits -- we tried to "clean" the house several times, but i think they had a "right" to be there -- seemed to me there was a man, a lady, and a younger girl type spirit -- the previous owners left us diaries of many sightings that had taken place in previous years -- and we had done some research about the history of the house -- came up with some interesting legends about prostitution and jealous-murder, but all speculation i think -- anyway, it was a cool house, but i really don't like ghosts -- not counting demons, i haven't seen any "ghosts" since

The only thing that scares me about ghosts, is that they might be watching us, when we don't know, and see everything we do

I've had some experiences. Ghosts, demons, angels and what not, so yeah, I believe. By the same token, I don't always assume that something unexplained is paranormal. I think its best to be open to all explanations in each instance.

I wish I can see a ghost or spirit....friendly ones of course. Only in one dream I had, my mothers ex's mother who died appeared in my dream. I'm sure it was her....we were in a small apartment, his mother was sitting in a chair talking to my mother and as I was walking into the kitchen his mother was stairing at me and I kept staring back at her

I kept my head back as I walked into the kitchen. I'm mad I didn't get to talk to her. I sometimes have lucid Dreams. It's a shame I didn't realize what was happening, oh, well maybe next time.

I've never seen any, but I have heard them. I lived in an old apartment in Boston in the early 1990's. Over a course of a few weeks, 3 people in the apartment, including myself, heard voices in the night. What I heard was a dark, gravelly voice that woke me from a deep sleep late at night. It said something about Bob. My other friend was told something about Rachel. I think the 3rd person was told something about rachel as well.

After a few weeks we decided to use a Ouija board to put together the details of what we had heard. I was one of the holders of the board. I had never used one before, and I was pretty skeptical. But that damn thing moved, and it wasn't moved by me or Ted. Anyway, what it told us was that Bob had killed Rachel in apartment 23 in our building sometime in the 1920's. We lived in apartment 33, but it was on the 2nd floor. It was a pretty spooky experience. We were going to go to the Boston Public library to look up newspapaers from the date, but we chickened out. The board had said not to investigate it, so we decided to respect that.

i believe there's more to the world than we can perceive with our limited 5 senses. .. ..

and i'm pretty sure many of you all are at least a little bit spectral

Once I made Tarot-reading for a friend and suddenly hair in my neck rose up, I haven't done any Tarot-reading since, but this one was true. My friend's life went the way I said it would, and it was good for her.

But I like the idea of it. My mother's told me some amazing ghost stories, things that have happened to her. And a close friend of mine lived in my grandmothers house after she died and she swears my grandmother would "check in on her", she could feel her presence every so often. People swear to me it's happened and I love the romantic notion of it (I love literature about angels, that whole mythology, etc) but there's a part of me that just doesn't buy it. There are logical, practical explinations to just about everything.
