Is This To Skinny? Need Help Is 16 years old 5'9 130 pounds skinny for a guy that age? I need help!

How many stones is 130 pounds..I would guess about 10?
If it's 10 then no I dont think you are skinny, but you may have a small frame so your weight is in proportion. | |

I'm not a medical doctor, but with that said....
I'm 26 years old, 5'8" (about 170 centimeters), and my weight holds steady at about 130 pounds (about 59 kilograms), even though I can and often do eat large quantities of food. My "Body Mass Index" is 19.8, which is on the low end of "normal weight." I've always been thin, and doctors have always told me that I'm fine as long as I don't lose weight. Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |

BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater his BMI , body mass index, which is how the medical profession classifys weight is 19.2 which places him in the lower end of the normal weight
but as he is still growing at that age he is probably getting taller and will fill out more as he stops his upwards spurt I wouldn't worry  | |
