I see the point you're all trying to make-that I cannot lose the weight I want. My sister is coming up again by Thanksgiving. Maybe I can lose alot of weight by then, you think?

Well you can do a seaweed wrap the night before...it's a temporary solution. Gets rid of all the extra water weight, but it's a hassle. You need to wrap warm wet ace bandages all over you body after you apply the seaweed to you. And it needs to be TIGHT. But it does work.... | |
