R U a Debbie Downer? SNL premiered last night, and had another Debbie Downer skit. If you don't know, she's the girl who tags along and starts spouting off about all the things that are wrong with the world, at otherwise happy occasions such as a trip to Disneyworld (is that really "happy?") and, last night, a birthday party.
Those skits are really funny (esp. when the actors completely lose it and bust out laughing), but whenever I watch them with friends, I feel like people are laughing AT me, rather than WITH me. Luv & Peace, Alex Clubbin' in Mpls/A Night w. Prince

I was watching this skit last night, then I realized that by watching television so late at night I was waisting precious money, which would deprive my children of their needs and using too much electricity - causing more work for the men and women who run the power plant... |

It's one of the only really memorable thing SNL has left. You'd prolly like it. It's a little like The Whiners (?), back in the 80s. Luv & Peace, Alex Clubbin' in Mpls/A Night w. Prince

LOL! WEEEEE!!! Where did you get that pic? In another life, I'm sure we're married, have 23 children, and are madly in love. Luv & Peace, Alex Clubbin' in Mpls/A Night w. Prince
