With all that's gone on this week, I have one thing to say.

As a general rule, you should never re-freeze sea bass.

Well, I meant it more as a metaphor than anything else, but it really is a good piece of advice - the sea bass thing, that is.

i goofed up, it's pesce-ovo-lacto vegetarian, which means you can eat eggs, milk products and joe pesci.

I will eat prime rib or crab legs or sea bass (not twice frozen, though).

this TRULY annoys me. As a 15 years veghead here, being vegetarian does NOT include eating fish. I agree that 'every bit helps' but, why can't people with the above diet refer to themselves in a different way?

lol oh well, whatevs. to each their own. As long as they don't try to get ME to eat fish I guess it doesn't matter...
