What's the deal, Nizzle?

This Has troubled me for a while. Why Can Mickey Mouse ( a mouse) Talk and his dog can't? Even Donald can talk and his a duck! what the hell is Goofy what the hell is he? every werid indeed hmm

I don't know scrappy-doo, never heard of him. About Scooby - did you ever understand what he was trying to say??? he blabbers, and the guys always try to interpret what he says, and that's why they get in trouble.
