Are you a clockwatcher or a lingerer?

When your work day is over, are you outta the building before the second hand hits the 12, or do you feel more comfortable hanging out for a while before you leave, just to make sure everything's in order?

Depends when I finish work and how tired I am. I could stay longer if there are interresting people around. or just go into the office and watch DVDs

i'm definitely a clockwatcher. in fact, i clock in about 15 minutes early every day so i can leave 5 minutes early, that way i'm sure not to miss my bus home. i work with some folks who just like to hang, and i can't get that. i like who i work with, but at the end of the day, it's time ta GO!

Exactly.

Better to get it done right the first time and then you don't have more the next day.

thumbs up!

inmate09 is having nap time at the moment, he's being closely watched after his actions.

hans and i finally made our way out of solitary confinement the other evening.

hans continues to try to gnaw at my ankles though.

I'm a clockwatcher unless I'm feeling way behind in whatever work I need to have done. Then I'll hang around a bit longer and finish up just so I don't have to face a mountain the next day.

Otherwise - tick, tick, tick...end of the day and I'MOUTTATHEREZOOOOOM!

My job I have now I leave whenever it hits 5pm (and sometimes a touch before) but when I had a more involved job I liked to make sure everything was in order

I leave when the day is done, they don't pay me to hang around and look. Unless there's some overtime available, it's off to the races.

hello good doctor. i hope you and hans were able to work out your "differences" while in the padded room.

don't be too hard on subby. he's a good guy.

and tell hans to stop licking the monitor. he's gonna get electrocuted.

(oh wait, he likes that, doesn't he?)

hans sadly does like licking the monitor far too much. his hair is standing at end.

hans tends to linger by the clock. he continues to ask when "de viener dogs" will arrive.

just thought mr. anxiety would like to know. inmate 09 is gigglling at the moment.

yes! i heard you! she said "hard"! would you please grow up?

inmate09 will continue to be closely monitored for behavior modificiation.

evidently he believes he has shared personal information on this website.

i ask you all to please be very careful in believing anything he may say.

ROCK!

I always want to go. Even get my stuff ready to go...but I always end up leaving like 15 min later than I want. I come in late...well at the same time as everyone else...eat lunch at the desk....so it balances boxed

But I don't hang. It's hard for me to go to drinks with these people. Sigh...I just don't have the corporate mind.
