My boss is the greatest boss I've ever had a chance to work for.

He owns a recording studio where I work, and now also run.
He's not a musician, and has nothing to do with music except the fact that he loves music very much and wants to be a part of it. So he bought a studio.
Yes, he's rich. I don't know how rich, or how he got the money, and I don't care.
He trusts me with every decision. He takes care of everything I ask for. He's not one of those rich people who cries about every penny that he has to spend. He truly gives it all to what he likes.
Our clients get discounts that no other studio can compete with. We have the best equipment that anyone can ask for. Sound engineers from out of town that do projects in our studios say they don't wanna leave and are asking if there's an opening, even though they don't really need the job.
He buys a lot of extra for the studio, just to make it feel like a home, and that's the magic of our studio.

He has now moved back to the US, and he didn't even sell his house here, which is in the price of around 1 Million dollars. and he doesn't even want to rent it to anyone.
His wife called me a few weeks ago, saying "Hey Ariel!!! We're just settling in here in NY and we love it! We really want you to come here, and it'll take a couple of months or so till we finish settling down and would love for you to join us then. We bought a house with enough room for you too!"

He's the best boss ever!!!

And he's rich!
