I am now a homeowner I put a bid on a house and they accepted it 
I sign the papers beginning of the week 
I had looked at houses for a while now, and found one I loved, yard, sunporch deck, and a garage. I am so excited I just thought I should share | |

Congrats. I want to be a homeowner but home prices are CRAZY in the Twin Cities so that will probably have to wait until I am a two-income family. | |

They are crazy here to, I started just looking for a rental house and came to figure out to rent a house is the same amount or more in some cases as a mortage payment, I am a single income family and I just had to work the system a little to get what I want just have to play the field a little but thank you | |
