I met a sexy in a bar once and was giving madd attention to and she felt it, but the night was early and Macks don't committ THIS early right? (Rule No. 167) So we seperated for awhile. I then met another fine ass chic along the course of the night. By the time the night was over I had danced and bought drinks for the both of them and decided it was time to write them down my number after conversing with them at different times through the night. So I go get a pen and paper from the bar and commence to writing down my digits on TWO seperate pieces of paper. I go back to the finer of the two (Rule No. 27) to give her my number and FORGOT to put away the "other" piece of paper!!! I turned around and gave her BOTH folded up pieces of paper and literally had to remove one of them from her palm as she is looking right down into her hand!!!! I was caught like a deer in headlights!!!


I should have played it off and gave the second to my boy acting like it was for him...but when your busted like that who really thinks that damn fast!!?

Mine is subtle, yet archetypical.

It was last June and with summer just beginning, my cousin and I were in Morris & Jerome mode.

We went to Sonic (y'know, that drive-in burger place?) to get, specifically, burgers, onion rings, and milkshakes, and we had Dirty Mind goin' on from my car CD player at an intentionally noticeable, yet not loud enough to be disruptive volume.

Now, I'm normally not a flirtatious person, but in Morris mode, I'm ...well, I think it's safe to say I'm just out for kicks, not tail. Yet I usually wind up getting MY tail KICKED.

But back to Sonic. Now, I can get grease anywhere, but when it comes to havin' a teenage girl bring it to me on rollerskates- whoo. So again, I'm in the pocket, grinning slyly to our Stella-on-wheels. It was evident from the start this wasn't one of those mousey waitresses, or even a coy cheerleader type.

This was one of those beautiful girls that know they're beautiful, and don't take shit from any man. In other words, I don't think it was "Dirty Mind" that she thought sounded cheesey and dated.

So to cut to the chase, after a few lines and an otherwise fantastic meal, it's time to whip out my money clip, a five, a ten, and a twenty folded precisely so as to be seen by Grace, here. Of course, I pull the credit card out instead, sending her on another trip. So I'm signing my credit card slip, I lean a little closer out the window, holding it at such an angle that she can see me write "$5.00" for the tip.

I look at it, slowly extend it towards her, and arch my eyebrow indulgently as I smile and smoothly add in a baritone voice "Here you go..."
She smiles, looking into my eyes.

Five, six, seven seconds pass. It's on. And then, right as I'm getting tired of grinning suavely, she blinks and says...

"...can I have my pen back?"

My whole air falls apart and I snap out of it and give her the pen back saying sheepishly "Uh... yeah, that would be cool..."

Dex with the "cameo" . . .

So uncool!

I always seem to fuck up. but nothing concerning 2 women. Just opportunities that I miss.
Once during a tour in Paris, me and my brother were sitting under a shade, when it started raining, and checked our map to see where to go next.
2 gorgeos girls approach us and with a very flirty way of talking asking us where we're from.
My brother was smart enough not to tell them, but I said 'we're from Israel'. That was the last thing said. they just walked away

During my service in the army I had a crush on one of the most beautiful girls in the base.
We started getting close, and on my birthday, I've decided to stay in the base, because she was there too, on duty. We stayed together in the room most of the night (on watch) with all the signs and hints, I did nothing

Too many missed opportunities to tell about. yup, I guess I'm a nerd

That first story is pretty sad, I'm sorry to hear that honestly! As 4 the second....."the missed chances" sketch must be all too familier with all of us! Sometimes u don't know if their flirting and want it or flirting and don't!

Missed chances happen everyday to me.....just someone who I smile and she smiles back when walking down the street is a missed opp to me!
