Throw on the veggies! 
When on holiday in Zambia, I once asked for Vegetarian pizza (there were only a couple of meat options on the menu). The waiter said to me "What? Sir, no meat?  ..... O.K."
He came back later with a large piece of 'bread' that was smeared in 'tomatoe ketchup' and topped with stuff like 'potato chunks', 'garden peas', lots of small 'carrot sticks', 'cauliflower' .....oh yeah, and sweetcorn! The fella goes to me and says "VEGETABLE pizza, sir!" .....with a proud smile .
Bless him.
I munched it down so as not to offend. It wasn't too bad actually
( Found out later that the meat variety pizza's were brought from someplace else and cooked from frozen )
