thanks hon...yeah I'm a lot better now...I haven't been that sick in a long time!! My Aunt even had to take me to hospital to get an injection coz I couldn't stop being sick sick

Frosty Fruits, they are easy to keep down and yummy too. Some plain steamed rice and vegies for your first meal.
