Uh huh and you know at those speeds with tiny ass wheels like that it doesn't take much to fall. His skin would have been peeled off to the bone.

I think they just recorded that driving at a reasonable speed, then sped it up to make it look like he was going much faster. The camera movements seem a little to fast and jerky.

Could be, though I also noticed they were zooming in as they were shooting which will cause a similar effect when making minor movements.
